Most battery explosions happen when the battery shape is changed by external impact. In the laboratory, we use nail penetration test to simulate an uneven pressure situation. In the video, you can see the Li-Co battery explode severely after penetrating; however, the battery comprising LFP NCO cathode material provided by Aleees doesn’t explode after penetrating. It proves our product safety.
